FARMER's Market Gourmet - Cooking class

Got lost in the turnip aisle?  Don’t know what to do with a celery root or rutabaga?  Let us teach you the secret ins and outs of your local farmer’s market!  Local, organic, sustainable fruits and vegetables are the way to go, and after this class, you’ll know the ways of the world and eat like a king!
