Bon jour! Become a Pastry Connoisseur in this class by learning one of the best parts of French culture while preparing and eating French patisserie.
On the day you will learn how to make French desserts from scratch using fresh ingredients. This is a hands on class while the Pastry Chef guides you through the recipes and gives you some great tips in making these classic French desserts. After the class you can eat your tasty desserts and tell your friends all about it.
Classic éclairs OR Profiteroles (cream puffs)
(Mille Feuille) napoleons with raspberry OR French Butter Cakes (Madeleines)
Classic Crème Brulee (you will be using a hand held torch)
Pastry crème from scratch
* Fresh coffee to be served
** Leftovers can be taken home from class.
