How do we prepare it so that it retains its valuable nutrients? If you want to improve your enjoyment and success cooking vegetables, our chef is here to help! In this class, we’ll cover a wide variety of topics on how to make the most of the vegetable world. We’ll show you simple cooking techniques that will allow you to approach vegetables of any kind with confidence. Our chef will simplify what seems complicated and send you home with an understanding of the principles that will allow you to highlight the delicious flavors of any vegetable you want to cook. He’ll even show you some recipes that exemplify plating technique!
