Yes, you heard it right, a wonder….each macaron has a life of it’s own and every batch has it’s own characteristics which can drive even the best chef to it’s knees, Mon Dieu!. Let’s decode the mysteries and test our skills to learn the ways of the Macaron. We will make up a few types and teach you how to add coloring, flavors, and the many methods to create these desserts with perfection at best.
