Savor the taste of Casablanca’s exotic, rich, deep, earthy flavors with a mix of Arab, Berber, Moorish, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean African, Iberian, and Jewish influences. This class will introduce you to some basics of Moroccan cookery and have you saying “Play it again Sam” (Casablanca). If you haven’t tried these foods yet, this is a perfect opportunity!
