Cooking class packages!

Take 3 classes for $225 (saving $15) or 5 classes for $350 (saving $50). Packages are for 1 person only. Exceptions apply.


Must be used within a year of purchase. One discount per customer.

This cannot be used with any other promotion.

Classes must be used per person, NO exceptions. No refunds on any purchased tickets.

Summer Cooking Camps 2019 (ages 8-14) start in June through August.

Chef/Author Nancy Mehagian will take us all on a journey tonight with insights and recipes from her book “Siren’s Feast -  An Edible Odyssey”.  Book will be available for sale and signing.
Learn the secrets of an ancient cuisine that is so delicious and healthy its people are known for their hospitality and longevity.  From dishes that have been handed down through the generations you will learn to prepare a feast fit for anyone who loves great produce, whole grains, an abundant use of fresh herbs and delicate, flaky savory and sweet pastry.  Take any one of these dishes to your next potluck party and you will have the guests swooning and begging for the recipe.

 

What's on the Menu:

Muhammara - exotic walnut dip
Armenian Roasted Eggplant Salad
Vosp Kufta - a delectable combination of red lentils and bulghur cracked wheat
Cheese Beorag - cheese and parsley hand pies
Kataif - a cheese-filled shredded pastry

* Black currant Spritzer will be served as a tasting for guests 21yo and over.  You can bring in your own wine or beer; there is no corkage fee.
