Learn the creative art of Sushi Making in this class. This class teaches you how to make a variety of popular sushi rolls. Learn techniques for rolling your own sushi, what materials to look for when shopping for sushi ingredients and what tools are needed to get started.
Make your own rolls by hand and learn how to display and serve them decoratively with the Garnishes and Sauces that we make in our cooking class. Be prepared to eat what you make.
Learn to make Traditional Sushi Rice
Hand-formed Ngiri sushi: traditional and Gunkanmaki “battleship style”
Nori Rolls: Single, multi-ingredient and inside-out rolls: Hosomaki, Futomaki, and Uramaki (including Spicy Tuna!)
Homemade Miso Soup
Variety of garnishes, sauces, beautifully cut vegetables and fish
* Sake will be served only as a tasting. Must be 21 yrs old and over for tasting.
