Knowing when to use fresh or dried herbs can be a culinary minefield. In this fun hands-on course, our Chef will teach you the subtleties of balancing the flavors of herbs & spices without overpowering key flavors.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
